We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Data Analyst to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout across a major government estate. This role will focus on centralising and analysing operational data to uncover key insights and enable data-led decision-making throughout the rollout process.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow) that integrate data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive view of rollout activities and incident reporting.
* Produce clear and actionable weekly and ad-hoc insight reports, tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Clean, transform, and analyse large datasets—identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for richer insights.
* Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and develop processes for ongoing data validation and enhancement.
* Create impactful visual presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations during stakeholder sessions.
* Explore future-focused analytical models using tools such as Python or R to support scenario-based forecasting.
* Liaise closely with stakeholders to capture business context and ensure insights are aligned with operational needs.
* Actively contribute to discussions and present findings during senior stakeholder meetings.


Ideal Candidate

* Strong analytical mindset with experience in data cleansing, reporting, and visualisation.
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets, with a keen eye for detail.
* Skilled in Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow (or a combination), with proficiency in data storytelling.
* Familiarity with coding languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Experience in large-scale technology rollouts or transformation programs is a plus.
