The Role
Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings from Northampton down towards North London. This is a regional role with no staying away, offering excellent work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
* Fault finding, testing, inspection, and general building services support
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations
* Minor fabric/handyperson duties when required
* Liaising with clients and providing a high level of customer service
* Completing job sheets and reports through the CAFM system
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition (essential)
* Experience in commercial building maintenance
* Strong fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and customer service skills
