About Our Client
Our client is an award winning law firm, renowned for their friendly culture. You will be joining one of the UKs foremost housing management teams who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers. The team work on varied and complex matters including anti-social behaviour and housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, property condition and hoarding cases, access cases and housing management policy advice.
Job Description
3. As a Housing Solicitor your duties will include
4. Provide legal advice and representation in housing law matters, including tenancy disputes and social housing issues.
5. Draft and review legal documents, such as tenancy agreements and court submissions.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing regulations and developments.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Housing Solicitor should have between 2-5 years experience dealing with this area of law. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
