Lever Edge Primary Academy a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated SENCO to join our leadership team. As part of our commitment to meeting every pupil's individual needs, we are proud to host a fully resourced, purpose-built on-site SEND Unit. This specialist provision supports pupils with a range of complex needs in a nurturing and structured environment, while maintaining strong links with the wider school community. This role offers a unique opportunity to: Lead the whole-school SEND strategy across nursery, mainstream school and the unit-based provision. Coordinate and develop outstanding support for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. Work alongside an experienced team of teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and external professionals. Play a central role in shaping inclusive practice and provision across the school. We are seeking someone with strong leadership, a deep understanding of SEND, and a commitment to improving outcomes for all learnersespecially those who need it most.
