Job Description Summary: The Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) commercial team is hiring a Sales Manager to manage the BD APM portfolio across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Medical Device company offering advanced hemodynamic monitoring solutions and innovative APM technology.

Main Responsibilities
* Drive sales of new products.
* Direct management, leadership and coaching of the sales team.
* Implement divisional strategy and align sales strategies with market trends and new product opportunities.
* Support attendance at strategically identified UK-based trade exhibitions and educational events.
* Ensure adoption of modern business technologies, tools and initiatives to improve performance across the sales team.
* Control operating expenditure with awareness of the P&L.
* Forecasting, budgeting and target setting.
* Conduct regular business reviews with salespeople and provide coaching and feedback to optimise performance.
* Build close relationships with internal and external contacts, including key opinion leaders, societies and educational bodies in the industry and UK/European colleagues.
* Build strategic customer partnerships.
* Maintain a high level of technical competence to anticipate future clinical and business trends.
* Demonstrate creativity and challenge norms with thoughtful concepts.
About You
* Proven track record in medical device sales with successful sales management experience.
* Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities; able to motivate teams.
* Understanding of the Advanced Hemodynamic Market is desirable but not essential.
* Comfortable in operating theatres and ICUs; understands surgery etiquette.
* Good understanding of the NHS and Government policies, including the NHS 10 Year Plan.
* Strong business acumen with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric approach.
* Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and product launches.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capability.
* Knowledge of technical and marketing skills including impactful presentations; ability to convey highly technical information.
* Strong networking and negotiation skills; determination to succeed and career ambition.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Willingness to travel frequently as required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range for the role: £60,000 to £90,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary range information: £57,400.00 - £97,600.00 GBP Annual.
Location and Work Model
Primary work location: GBR Winnersh - Eskdale Road. Work shift and location details vary; remote or field-based positions will have arrangements indicated in the job posting.
