Seven Resourcing are recruiting for a Principal Social Worker to join a dynamic Kinship Fostering team within a forward-thinking Children's Services environment. This is a non-case holding senior role, ideal for experienced social work professionals looking to step into a strategic leadership position within fostering services. You will play a key role in shaping and improving kinship fostering practice, driving quality assurance, and contributing to the ongoing development of a growing service area. This opportunity offers a strong mix of strategic influence and hands-on involvement in practice standards.
