The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in busy coffee shop in Birmingham. Not to mention quite a lot of coffee Responsibilities of the Role: Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation Requirements: Be organised, hard-working and reliable Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team Understanding of food preparation Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes Providing exceptional customer service at all times To adhere to all company policies and procedures
