We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Material Control Administrator to join our team in Wolverhampton.
As Material Control Administrator you will be working alongside the material planning team, ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively, raising stock replenishment orders as well as providing a high level of customer service to our colleagues across the UK when resolving their queries.

The Role
Working with key stakeholders from across the business, as Material Control Administrator you will ensure that the stock depth is optimised, and work proactively with these stakeholders to ensure that product demand is understood, met and communicated effectively.
Ensuring all ERP data is accurate and correct, you will also monitor and evaluate consumption, reporting and effectively escalating key trends and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and order customer requests for stock and catalogued items
* Monitor non- and slow-moving stock for review and support stock return initiatives
* Support the wider team and take on responsibilities for other roles within the team at times of peak demand
* Regularly validate lead times for all suppliers
* Support the team with order book maintenance, following up discrepancies with suppliers
* Deliver high availability as defined by the products Velocity code
* Follow up on network requests in a timely and professional manner

* Effective communication skills that allows the individual to communicate at all levels.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
