Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a confident, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Partners and leadership team. **About the role:** As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and future success of our expanding agency. Supporting the Partners and senior leadership, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities that require exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Provide full administrative support to the Agency Partners and senior team • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments • Prepare and submit expenses on behalf of the Partners • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with professionalism • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partners • Support internal projects, team events, and operational administration • Ensure smooth communication flow across the office and leadership team## What You’ll Bring- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role - Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Strong communication skills – both written and verbal - Calm, friendly, and positive approach – even when under pressure - Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people at all levels - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using other systems - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - A proactive mindset – you’ll anticipate needs before they arise **Our commitment to you:** • A supportive and friendly working environment • Full Training & Development will be provided which includes technical knowledge, Sales soft skills with the opportunity of a funded CERT CII qualification. • - Opportunities for career progression within a growing agency. • - A supportive and friendly team environment within a highly respected organisation. • - The chance to play a key role in a dynamic agency that values your skills and contribution. **Benefits** • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (after 4 years’ service an additional day a year up to a maximum of 5 days).
