Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal / Litigation Executive to join the expanding Medical Negligence team. The department manages a full range of Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injuries, misdiagnosis/delays in cancer treatment, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatal cases, and obstetrics & gynaecology.
