Your Key Responsibilities:
* Client Leadership: Oversee the administration and supervision of a portfolio of trusts, companies, and partnerships, developing strong relationships with clients and their advisors.
* Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards, effectively maintaining records and addressing technical/legal matters.
* Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment efforts, appraisals, and mentoring.
* Business Development: Play an active role in sourcing new business and identifying cross-selling opportunities within the organisation.
* Strategic Contribution: Represent the Private Client Service Line in management meetings and collaborate on the implementation of business strategies.
