Job Description
As a Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for client requests, ensuring that all calls are accurately logged and translated into effective engineering or facilities management solutions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service standards and supporting the account delivery team through administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log client calls, translating requests into appropriate service solutions
- Identify and implement the best solution within contractual guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Manage and update relevant software systems (e.g., Maximo)
- Provide professional and articulate helpdesk support
- Perform general administrative duties
- Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance when needed
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- GCSEs (minimum 5 Grade C passes) or NVQ in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or administrative roles
- Excellent call handling and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Well-organized with effective planning abilities
- Ability to understand and interpret statistical data
