Development Details: This role will be based at 375 Kensington High Street, a landmark residential development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, comprising 521 high-quality homes set within landscaped communal gardens. Ideally located just minutes from Kensington Olympia station, the development offers excellent transport connections alongside premium resident amenities including a 24-hour concierge, leisure facilities and secure parking. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Resident Services Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Manage and coordinate a team of over 20 onsite staff members, ensuring effective delegation and delivery of day-to-day concierge services. Oversee staff administration including rotas, annual leave, overtime, uniforms, inductions and training via HR systems. Act as the key liaison between the Estate Manager, Managing Agent, client and residents, including regular site walk-rounds. Ensure the development is maintained to high standards and operates efficiently, acting as the central point of coordination for on-site activities. Manage contractor services in collaboration with the Facilities Manager, engineering and spa teams, ensuring safe and compliant working practices. Promote and manage resident services, training the concierge team and maintaining strong resident relationships. Track and complete service requests, manage stock levels, and raise purchase requests as required. Carry out daily estate inspections and report defects, security issues and health and safety concerns. Maintain resident and tenant records, manage key control procedures, and handle mail, deliveries and access arrangements. Plan and deliver resident events and communications, including newsletters and community engagement initiatives. Monitor contractor activity, ensure compliance with RAMS and H&S procedures, log incidents, assist with audits, and support CCTV monitoring and estate reporting. To maintain effective all-round control of the front of house team through delegation and co-ordination in addition to carrying out all regular concierge duties as required. Monitor contractors working within the common areas, ensuring they log in /out and are working to their prescribed method statements and risk assessments; take appropriate action to notify residents and protect the communal areas.
