Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is looking for a 5-7+ PQE Lawyer to join their Debt Finance team.

Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in debt finance, ideally 5–7 PQE, with solid experience in the issuance of Eurobonds.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across complex agreements.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal accuracy with business objectives.
- UK-qualified or foreign-qualified lawyers with strong UK experience.
