Job responsibilities Through the senior divisional team, monitor staff performance and implement corrective action when required i.e., disciplinary procedures, sickness absence management, and grievance procedures With the Clinical Director and Managing Director leads on the identification and delivery of required level of Cost Improvement Programme within the services. Jointly with the clinical director have responsibility for ensuring quality impact assessments of cost improvement plans are undertaken. Identify specific areas for service improvement and lead on any required business cases and change management. Lead and support the delivery of the Trusts Cultural Values Provide advice and support relating to service delivery that enhances patient care and promotes the wellbeing and safety of service users and staff. Embed the Trusts Quality Improvement approach and initiatives across the clinical divisions. To lead the development and implementation of integrated nursing provision across divisional services To support the development and implementation of clinical pathways across divisional services To lead on a trust wide nursing strategic priority Support the Chief Nurse and Deputy Director of Nursing in developing the profession across the Trust.
