* Job Title: IT Support Specialist
* Location: UK- Reading, USA-NYC - on SITE

Responsibilities
PC Management:
* Build and maintain PC images for both Windows and MacOS.
* Allocate PCs for new joiners and handle replacements for existing employees.
* Manage PC hardware, performance, and driver issues reported by end-users.
* Perform PC recovery for departing employees.
Software and Application Support:
* Package, distribute, and patch PC applications.
* Configure and manage PC software installations and updates.
* Maintain a known defect list for end-user computing (EUC).
* Manage all software applications, including installations, changes, access, resets, and issue resolution.
Network Integration and Security:
* Support PC integration with office Wi-Fi, home Wi-Fi, and VPN software.
* Ensure compliance with security requirements, policies, and standards.
* Coordinate and provide remote support for devices used in retail stores.
* Assist in device compliance during software/OS upgrade deployment cycles.
End User Services:
* Provide VIP support for designated individuals.
* Formalize and deliver services to support all end-users with accessibility needs.
* Manage printer/scanner end-user access and resolve related issues.
System Monitoring and Reporting:
* Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
* Report on services performance and improvement metrics for end-user devices.
* Operate the end-user management system.
Business Management:
* Support WINDOWS, MacOS, Mobile, and Apple Business Management.
* Liaise with relevant customer third parties to resolve tablet or PC configuration/connectivity issues.
* Add/manage devices into Intune and Apple Business Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Five years of experience as an IT support specialist.
* Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
* In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
* Proficiency in IT helpdesk software (e.g., Freshservice, SysAid).
* Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
