Joining a gym is a little like dating—you want to know what you’re committing to, whether you have the time to fit it into your busy schedule, and that the relationship offers what you’re dreaming of. As a Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match.
You’ll bring a vibrant personality and a welcoming nature to showcase our facilities to potential new members. You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve, and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven. You’ll meet potential new members by phone or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club. You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we offer to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. You’ll also advise on additional products and services to help them smash those fitness goals.

* An ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication accordingly.

Qualifications & Expectations
* This role is offered with uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum.
