* Sunday to Thursday 4pm-1am
* Daily receipt, collation and scanning of all customer POD's
* Storage and filing of POD's in line with established company processes
* Dealing with and resolving customer delivery and POD queries in a confident and timely manner
* Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of customer PO numbers
* Provide assistance in clearing all unbilled reports in line with company policy
* Assist the Credit Controller with issuing of customer statements and resolution of queries, credit insurance control checks and customer set up
* Provide assistance and back up in running daily/weekly sales across the companies
* Ensure all customer forms are completed in line with internal company policies and external compliance guidelines
* Any other adhoc duties as required by Management Accountant or Financial Controller.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven ICT skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly excel
* Previous experience in scanning, and working with POD's
* A clear advantage will be given to those with previous experience of Mandata and a background in the transport industry
* Clear and demonstrable experience of working in a high volume, transactional team
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
