Lawes Group is currently recruiting for a Binder Authority Broker to work with an established Lloyd's Broker. This role will be based in their London office and offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Binding Broker to develop their career.
Key responsibilities:
* Business development and client management
* Negotiate and manage all binding authority agreements
* Offer advice on risk management
* Oversee a portfolio of binding contracts
* Manage client relationships, ensuring service and satisfaction
* Assess performance of binding contracts
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Binding Authority Broker
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
* In-depth understanding of the insurance market, particularly within the binding authority space
* Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, insurers, and colleagues
