The role
The Pensions and Savings Change Hub consists of 200 change professionals and plays a key role in achieving the business outcomes across six core delivery centres aligning to the business strategy and supports the delivery of market leading ambitions in an exciting and dynamic environment.
You will manage and lead large scale, cross entity change initiatives within our Pensions and Savings Hub. Being responsible for driving strategic change, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects within a dynamic environment.
You will oversee a delivery centre of high priority projects and programmes, guiding teams through complex change processes, whilst ensuring alignment with business outcomes and goals, working closely with senior leadership, key stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience leading large scale change programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, managing budgets of up to £20m, delivering financial benefits and implementing benefit realisation plans
2. Provide strong leadership to a diverse team of change professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation, while driving performance and accountability across teams
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with and influence stakeholders at all levels, building positive relationships whilst managing their expectations.
