We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join our small HR team, reporting to the UK HR Business Partner. This role offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities to support change management projects within the UK HR team, ideally suited for candidates with UK HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or service industries.
Responsibilities
* Manage payroll processes for Voith Turbo (via ADP) and a small Irish payroll, including Year-End and P60s.
* Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
* Ensure HR database accuracy and legal compliance.
* Support recruitment processes from start to finish.
* Administer onboarding, contracts, offer letters, and probation reviews.
* Handle ER matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, providing guidance to line managers.
* Support employee inquiries and manage absence and lateness records.
* Administer ID cards, access systems, and training records.
* Manage employee benefits schemes and support change management projects.
* Prepare management reports and support HR policy updates.
* Coordinate medical and health-related employee initiatives.
* Perform ad hoc HR duties and support corporate initiatives as needed.
Employee Profile (Desired)
* Minimum five years UK HR experience, CIPD qualified or working towards it.
* Experience with HR data systems, Microsoft Office, and HR databases.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, UK employment law, and payroll management (preferably with ADP IHCM).
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
* Resilient, responsible, and adaptable to organizational change.
