The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Basic Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:30).
* Weekend Policy: Strictly No Saturdays. Your weekends are 100% yours.

The Role
* Testing: Conducting MOT inspections to DVSA standards for Class 4 & 7 vehicles.
* Technical Work: High-quality servicing and mechanical repairs during non-testing periods.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle meets the "5-star treatment" standards that have earned us 100+ five-star reviews.
* Autonomy: Working within a professional team where you are trusted to manage your bay without being micro-managed.
