Job Summary
The Retail Supervisor supports the Management Team by participating in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that every Guest has the best Disney experience possible. This is achieved through consistent exceptional Guest service, development of the sales team, maintenance of visual standards, and compliance with established policies and procedures. The role involves serving as Leader on Duty shifts, maintaining management consistency, and driving sales, standards, and service to meet requirements. The Retail Supervisor works actively with the Management Team through effective communication, performance and sales trend analysis, and supports the team with organization and creativity.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with management colleagues in managing daily sales floor and back office operations.
2. Work independently and as part of the management team to drive results, set standards, manage staff, and achieve shared business goals.
3. Act as Duty, Primary, or Secondary Manager as scheduled, fulfilling the responsibilities of those roles while managing own tasks and supporting team objectives.
4. Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen team performance, set and communicate sales goals, and hold self and others accountable for high standards, utilizing sales tools effectively.
5. Demonstrate commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all actions.

Additional Information
Shifts are typically 8 hours, Monday through Sunday, with variation based on business needs. Shift times can start as early as 9am and end as late as 11pm, including daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
