Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to join TTC Group at an exciting stage of our journey. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our global business, while also supporting our ambitious plans for growth.
You will take ownership of operational excellence across the UK, US and India, working independently and proactively to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and implement scalable systems. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires resilience, strong business acumen, and the vision to grow with the business — with a clear pathway to Director and ultimately COO level.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
* Oversee and optimise global operations across TTC's UK, US and India entities.
* Maintain and improve core business processes and governance across Finance, HR, Compliance, Vendor Management and our Operating Systems.
* Translate the Co-Founders' vision into actionable projects with clear milestones and outcomes.
* Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Business Partnering & Strategy Support
* Work closely with the leadership team to support market expansion and new service lines.
* Provide data-driven insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives including organisational design, change management and process re-engineering.
* Support potential mergers, acquisitions and new entity set-ups.
Process Improvement, Systems & Automation
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through process redesign and automation.
* Implement and manage business systems and tools that enhance performance across regions.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring service delivery.
Team & Stakeholder Management
* Provide leadership across operations, Finance, HR and Administrative functions.
* Mentor and develop team members, building strong capabilities within the operations function.
* Act as a trusted partner to the Co-Founders, keeping them updated with insights, risks and recommendations.
* Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal, tax and employment regulations across all jurisdictions.
* Oversee internal controls, risk management and policy development.
* Provide accurate reporting and governance updates to senior leadership and the board.
Desired Skills & Experience
Essential
* Proven operations leadership experience (7+ years) within recruitment, professional services, consultancy or a comparable fast-paced global environment.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect the dots across multiple functions.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* A track record of driving process improvements, systems implementation and operational efficiency.
* Highly resilient, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
* Confident communicator and influencer with senior stakeholders across different regions.
* Financial literacy with experience in budget management and forecasting.
* Comfortable working independently and proactively.
Desirable
* Experience in a recruitment or staffing business.
* Experience with Salesforce as a User
* Previous exposure to international operations, particularly UK, US and India.
* Familiarity with employment law and compliance frameworks in multiple geographies.
* Experience of scaling businesses, launching new offices, or supporting acquisitions.
* MBA or equivalent qualification.
