About The Role
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference? Do you want a job changing people’s lives? Join our team to embark on an exciting career journey as our Application Experience Specialist in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week). As part of our Customer Contact Services Department, you will be responsible for supporting the application process for both car dealerships and customers across phone, email, and live chat. Ultimately, your role is to deliver an excellent end-to-end service to our customers.
This is a varied role where you will have the chance to work with other areas of your team and the wider business.
The shifts are based on a 4-week rotation (08:00-16:00; 09:00-17:00; 09:30-17:30; 11:00-19:00). Once a month, you will work a Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00.
After completing training, we offer hybrid working, supporting you with the cost of setting up your home office. When in the office, you'll have access to free parking, free barista coffee from our on-site café, subsidized meals in the staff restaurant, and free fruit and healthy snacks daily.
About You
* Achiever: You’ll love what you do, owning your calls through to resolution. Most importantly, you’ll bring your motivation, passion, and your whole self into work every day. We value empowerment, allowing you to make your own decisions. There could be an opportunity for progression within the company just around the corner!
* Communicator: You’ll be a wonderful listener for customers, meeting their needs by problem-solving, and taking a customer-focused attitude, putting their experience at the center of your thought processes. You’ll also communicate clearly with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, whether verbally or in writing.
* Influencer: You’ll establish trust with customers, share knowledge and information with different audiences, and articulate phone manners. You’ll also work with customers on what to do next.
* Thriver in a Fast-Paced Environment: You’ll be able to handle calls with empathy and remain productive to stay on track. You’ll also be great at managing your time independently and working as part of a team.
We focus on these core behaviors, but we would like you to have experience in customer service, meeting KPIs, and call quality targets. You should also be PC literate within a Windows environment.
