Adecco are currently recruiting for a Scanning Operative to join our key multi-national corporate client. Working within a high target environment for the medical records warehouse at Bedford Hospital. This is a long term temporary, full-time position with an immediate start date. Working 2pm- 10pm Monday- Friday. As a Scanning Operator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently scanning and preparing medical records. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the correct batch header sheets or "intelligent bar codes" are used to prepare event notes for scanning, following guidelines. Operating high-resolution scanners to meet quality standards, ensuring all scanned images are of good quality. Monitoring the quality of scanned images and making necessary amendments when needed. Collecting event notes according to priority and scan receipt schedules. Regularly cleaning and maintaining scanning devices, promptly reporting any issues to the Team Leader. Completing quality assurance processes according to established standards. Assisting with general inquiries and providing support to new staff members.
