Location: Grantham
Salary: £35,000-£37,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Passionate, confident to lead by example, loves challenges, and can mentor and coach the team
* In-depth knowledge of the domiciliary care industry and CQC regulations
* Proven track record in developing and managing a domiciliary care team
* Business development skills, understands KPIs and targets, and is innovative
* NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
* Full UK driving licence

* Train, recruit, retain, and manage staff effectively
* Meet KPIs to support growth
* Represent the business in the community and develop relationships
* Support CQC inspections and related activities
