We are assisting a well-respected Wealth Management firm based in St Albans in welcoming an Employed Adviser into their team. As a company they have built long term, trusting relationship with their clients which you would be part of. They have strong links with Accountants and Solicitors for regular leads, as well as referrals and inboard calls. No active marketing is needed as they are already busy. Upon joining the company there is a client bank for you to develop, as well as building upon this. There are no sales targets, meaning you can focus on providing a client centric service. Dont worry, there is still a discretionary bonus on top of the basic salary.
Even though a small office, circa 15people there is a great community feel, with a very friendly but professional working environment. Hybrid working is offered so you dont need to be in the office 5days a week. They have staff meals out during the year, other socials such as bowling and offer flexible start times.
Whats needed for me to be considered for the Financial Adviser role?
1. Previous experience within IFA practices
2. Knowledge and understanding of the FCA regulations
3. Effective communication, both written and verbal
4. Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
