They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Colchester. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with clients’ in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads.
* Adhering to delivery processes and commitments.
* Updating data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools.
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, either in a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable:
* Experience with telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms.
* Experience working in-house.
