The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator - EMEA to join our Sales team. The role will report to the Head of Speciality Sales - UK/EU.

Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3-4 days per week.


What are key duties of the role?

* Support Sales Managers by preparing quotes, presentations, tender documents, and sales decks
* Maintain price lists and databases (e.g., Faire, Phocas)
* Coordinate customer onboarding, product data uploads, and sample management
* Assist with marketing, compliance, planning, and trade show logistics
* Monitor and report on sell-through data and market insights


What we need you to bring to the team:

* 2+ years' experience in sales administration or a similar support role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Confident in data analysis and working cross-functionally

Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3-4 days per week.
