Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike. You'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is £12.50 per hour.

What you will do
1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards set targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 5 pm - 10 pm, and Saturday/Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 16 hours, comprising long opening and closing shifts, along with shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
At Entain, we value work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
