HGV Tanker Driver - Nights We are looking for HGV Class 1 or Class 2 drivers to work on a full time basis for days on our waste water contract. Driving a vacuum tanker, the work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions. You will be provided with a phone and an app to outline the jobs that have been assigned to you by the Operations Supervisor Due to the nature of the role, a full HGV Class 1 or Class 2 UK drivers licence with CPC and have up to date digi tachograph card. Position : HGV Tanker Driver - Nights Location : Goddards Green (West Sussex) Job Type: Permanent Full Time Hours: 4 nights on 4 off, 6pm - 6am average of 40.25 hours a week Salary: £20.40 per hour Benefits: 21 days holiday (including bank holidays); onsite parking; auto enrolment pension scheme; full ppe; friendly working environment. About the role: As a HGV Tanker Engineer, you will: Operate HGV-mounted vacuum and tankers for drainage and waste management tasks. Independently manage job sites, ensuring safe practices and high-quality work. Communicate professionally with customers Accurately complete job reports and system updates Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting any faults promptly.
