About the Role:
• Specialist responsible for
RingCentral
EX and CX Cloud Voice Solution
• Responsible for new RingCentral EX & CX project/demand implementation for enterprise cloud voice and contact center environments
• Support UK PSTN switch-off program
• Migrate legacy analogue/ISDN lines to SIP/cloud voice solutions
• Ensure zero/minimal business disruption during transition
• Lead business engagement, testing, and go-live coordination
Key Responsibilities:
New Projects & Demand Management
• Design and implement:
• New queues and call flows
• IVR modifications and routing logic
• Skill-based routing strategies
• Voice recording and compliance configurations
• Support migrations from legacy or on-prem telephony to RingCentral cloud
• Coordinate UAT, go-live, and hypercare support
• Prepare HLD/LLD, SOPs, and knowledge documentation
PSTN Switch-Off & Telephony Migration (UK)
• Support UK-wide PSTN decommissioning initiatives
• Assess and inventory existing PSTN/ISDN active lines
• Design migration strategy to:
• SIP Trunking
• Cloud voice (RingCentral EX)
• Contact center cloud (RingCentral CX)
• Coordinate number porting and telecom vendor engagement
• Validate regulatory compliance during migration
• Conduct impact analysis & business readiness assessments
• Plan and execute phased migration with rollback strategy
• Lead UAT, pilot rollout, and hypercare support
RingCentral Automation & Integration
• Design and implement RingCentral Automation workflows
• API integrations with CRM, ticketing, and enterprise applications
• Automate provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks
• Build automated alerts and monitoring mechanisms
• Optimize operational efficiency using workflow automation
• Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions
Required Experience & Skills
• Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, SBC, and VoIP protocols
• Experience handling enterprise-scale voice deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments
• Exposure to automation tools and REST API integrations preferred
Preferred Certifications
• RingCentral Certified Professional
