Our client, a well-established and busy organisation based in Warrington, is currently looking to recruit a professional and reliable Receptionist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front-of-house role and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
3. Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
4. Maintaining the reception area to a high standard
5. Assisting with general administrative duties as required
6. Booking meeting rooms and supporting office staff when needed
Requirements:
7. Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
11. Professional and presentable manner
