SALES BRANCH MANAGER Location: Hull & surrounding areas Salary: Basic £27,500 OTE £35,000 Hours: Full time, permanent The opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high performing Estate Agency branch within a well established and highly respected regional business. This is a pivotal leadership role for a driven and people focused estate agency professional who thrives on performance, accountability, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will take full responsibility for the profitability, performance, and culture of your branch, leading from the front and ensuring targets are consistently achieved across listings, sales, and financial services. About you We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Branch Manager who: Has proven experience within the Estate Agency industry, essential Has previously managed and developed a successful team Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching skills Can drive performance through clear KPIs and accountability Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintains a customer first approach with a strong service ethic Is highly organised and able to perform under pressure Is confident using IT systems to monitor performance and manage data Has knowledge of the local property market, desirable Holds a full UK driving licence, desirable This role requires someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in results, and naturally motivates others to perform at their best. The role As Branch Manager, you will have overall responsibility for branch performance and profitability. You will lead, support, and guide your team to achieve and exceed targets while ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism and quality. No two days are the same, however your focus will consistently be on results, people development, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Negotiators Monitoring overall branch performance and individual KPIs Driving revenue and profitability across listings, sales, and financial services Arranging and overseeing viewings and valuations from telephone, walk in, and online enquiries Daily viewing follow up and providing structured feedback to vendors Chasing valuations and maximising instructions Ensuring property advertising is accurate, compliant, and up to date Maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues Supporting other areas of the business where required Conducting viewings where necessary Reporting monthly and quarterly performance figures Undertaking any reasonable duties within the scope of the role What's on offer Competitive basic salary from £27,500 Lucrative commission structure Attractive rewards and incentive schemes Recognition programmes Regular company social events A supportive, team focused environment Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious Branch Manager ready to take ownership of a branch and drive it forward with energy, professionalism, and commercial focus.
