More About Your Role
This is a varied and interesting role. As Duty Manager you will wear many hats, including leading the team, recruiting and training staff, dealing with customer concerns, driving memberships, preparing reports and attending meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and lead the centre on a day-to-day basis, with responsibility for the efficient operation of the centre. A flexible approach to work is required, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

More About You
You will be managing a large team, so previous supervisory/management experience within a leisure facility is desirable. As a Duty Manager you will become one of our registered first aiders, so first aid experience would set you apart. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
It is beneficial that you hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ); however training could be provided to the right candidate.
