Agile Delivery Manager / £55,000 - £65,000 / Bonus / Liverpool / Hybrid
Robert Walters are working with a client looking to add an Agile Delivery Manager to their growing team. They want someone to come in and have autonomy & accountability when it comes to the Agile team. If you're eager to come in and make an impact, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Passionate about agile delivery - they aren't looking for someone to just come in & run ceremonies.
* Experience influencing & integrating Product & Dev teams.
* A DM/Scrum Master with experience heading up a team & reporting into 'Head of' level.
* Someone eager to be on site with the team (this is a huge advantage for a DM when it comes to gaining influence).
This role is based 3 days a week on site near Liverpool, with 2 days working from home. The salary is up to £65,000, as well as a bonus (circa £5K).
