Main duties of the job The post holder will play a key leadership role in the Trust’s New Hospital Programme team working within the transformation team and with teams across the Trust and wider system to effect change in a timely way, aligned to the trusts values and governance procedures. Lead a designated transformation programme to deliver a significant level of change in patient care delivery. Work closely with a wide variety of teams to deliver complex transformation projects on time and within budget, demonstrating quality, financial benefits and risk management controls. Ensure there is effective stakeholder engagement, reporting, planning and delivery of service reconfiguration and transformation projects across the programme. Develop highly collaborative relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders to deliver the agreed outcomes of their programme. Provide professional leadership and guidance to the wider Trust and staff in relation to effective programme management monitoring and leadership. Critically analysing information and risks in order to inform wider decision making.
