As a key member of our team, you’ll drive the auction process by building strong relationships with partner agents and promoting the benefits of our innovative service. Your role will be to guide both buyers and sellers on the advantages of choosing an auction, helping them understand why it’s often the best way to sell their property. Key Responsibilities: Assess properties to ensure they meet online auction criteria and provide tailored advice to clients. Manage a portfolio of properties, keeping clients informed and supported throughout the auction process. Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under optimal terms. Build lasting client relationships to deliver exceptional service tailored to their needs. Handle offer negotiations and bids on behalf of partner agents, ensuring compliance with AML and CPR regulations.
