Aspire People are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting. This role is ideal for someone who has recent experience working within a UK primary school but may not yet hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification. The school is looking for someone who can build positive relationships with pupils, support learning in the classroom, and work confidently as part of a team. We are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience working with children in roles such as youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or professional childcare. The Role: * Supporting pupils within the classroom environment * Working with children on a 1:1 and small-group basis * Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities * Helping children remain engaged and focused during lessons * Encouraging positive behaviour and social development * Supporting children with varying learning needs and abilities The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have recent experience working with children * Ideally have worked within a UK primary school in the last 2 years * OR have transferable experience such as youth work, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or childcare * Be patient, nurturing, and proactive * Have strong communication and teamwork skills * Be passionate about supporting children within education Why Join Aspire People? * Competitive rates of pay...
