Summary

The Global Corporate Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing Deel's global corporate governance and compliance functions. This role ensures that the company's entities across various jurisdictions are properly structured, maintained, and compliant with local regulations. You will help streamline entity creation, manage reporting requirements, and assist with foreign employer registrations, playing a key part in Deel's ability to scale globally and ensure smooth operations in multiple markets.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deel’s products, services, policies and best practices; provide appropriate feedback to leadership on product enhancements, service level delivery and policy changes when appropriate.

2. Work collaboratively with internal operations teams and other related teams to ensure clients’ needs and business objectives are met providing best-in-class service.

3. Collaborate with Global Corporate Services to ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards and policies.

4. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to client’s operations with the confidence to provide training and knowledge sharing within Deel.

5. Support the Global Corp team in researching and understanding compliance requirements globally.

6. Support compliance efforts by conducting regular audits and assessments.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency within the Global Corp department.

8. Collaborate with external counsel and other service providers.

9. Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

10. Excellent client service skills and ability to work on matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.

11. Patience and ability to mentor more junior members of the team.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.

13. Help the Global Corp Manager to define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.

Qualifications

14. 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, entity management, or related roles

15. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tax, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field

16. Proficient in Jira, Salesforce, Looker, and other relevant tools

17. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google equivalents
