and are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to join our team as a
Colleague Monitoring & Support Operato
r, supporting this essential function to the business.
This is a busy role where no two days are the same If you have previous monitoring/scheduling or control room experience, great. If not, if you have experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment, think logically and are able to gather and relay information accurately then this could be the role for you
Where: Our Head Office based in Newton-le-Willows (WA12 area)
Hours: On average 42 hours per week. 4 On 4 Off Nights, shifts as per rota pm am.
Salary:
£12.21 per hour

What will you be doing?
Service Desk Support
* General enquiries
* Adhoc cover requests & change of service hours
* Service dissatisfaction process management
* Incident & Alarm Activation Management & Escalation

olleague Attendance, Absence, Safety monitoring and escalation
3rd Party Suppliers
* Raising purchase orders against an approved supplier list
* Performance management and reporting
Customer & Business Management Information & Administration
* Contracts and notice periods
* Unallocated report
* Weekly variance report
* Decommissions – SA09
* New contracts – NBE
* Public holiday cover process
Access Control – National Support & Command Centre
What do we need from you?
* Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment (Call centre / control centre)
* Excellent IT skills and competent using different types of operational systems
* A thorough and methodical approach to your work, maintaining attention to detail
* Be able to prioritise workloads and manage your time effectively and efficiently
* Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients
