As Head of Social Sciences, you will:
Lead and manage the Social Sciences department
Deliver outstanding teaching within your subject specialism
Develop and implement a clear vision for the curriculum
Monitor progress and raise attainment across GCSE and A Level courses
Support, mentor and develop departmental staff
Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and quality assurance
Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic initiatives
