About the Role:
* Role: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Schools across West Lancashire
* Responsibilities:
o Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
o Working one-on-one or in small groups to support pupils with diverse learning needs
o Helping create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
o Assisting with preparation and administrative tasks as required
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Are passionate about supporting children from all backgrounds and abilities
* Have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach
* Are committed to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
