Salary: £30.00 – £40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, personalised online lessons to support individual learning needs.
2. Provide tailored tuition to students with SEND, adapting teaching methods to suit their abilities and goals.
3. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
4. Track progress, give constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
5. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure continuity in student learning.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven experience as a tutor or educator.
7. Strong understanding of SEND strategies and differentiated teaching methods.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Confident using online teaching tools and digital platforms.
10. Patient, empathetic, and able to motivate learners with varying needs.
