New Enquiries & Executive Assistant Eight Financial Advice - Totton £30,000 Eight Financial Advice are looking for a new member in our Totton office to provide Executive Assistant support to our Group Marketing Partner while also looking after front of house responsibilities and new client enquiries. This role is perfect for someone who loves client interaction and thrives helping others to perform at their best. Executive Support Provide structured executive support to the Group Marketing Partner, including proactive diary and inbox management. Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare documentation and briefing notes in advance of key meetings. Document meetings clearly and concisely, track actions and follow up to ensure accountability New Enquiries Act as a central point of coordination for new enquiries received across the business, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally and proactively. Qualify, respond to and convert new enquiries into booked initial meetings, managing diaries efficiently and maintaining momentum throughout the prospect journey. Manage relevant inboxes, drafting responses where appropriate and ensuring nothing is left unattended. Maintain accurate prospect data, own and update Monday.com boards and workflow systems. Liaise with Advisers and Client Executives to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless handover from enquiry to advice. Front of House Be the first point of contact for clients, prospects and visitors to the Totton office. Ensure reception and meeting rooms are consistently presented to a high standard, reinforcing Eight as a destination of choice for financial advice. Deliver a high-quality in-office experience, including refreshments and follow up communication, encouraging satisfied clients and prospects to leave reviews.
