1. The worker needs to be able to work with complex Learning-disabled people using a strengths a based approach and 3 conversation model.
2. Understands adult social care legislation, Mental capacity act, experience in COP applications.
3. Able to work as part of a team as well as independently, positive and proactive attitude.
