Salary: £33,280 - 33,280 per year Requirements:
* Minimum age of 18 years
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Previous experience in a professional operational environment - internship or entry level role
* Experience in data analysis, maintaining business communications
* Business management/academic background highly advantageous
* Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
* Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making
* Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
* Willingness to travel regularly across the West Midlands region
Responsibilities:
* Travel around West Midlands and conduct on-street research to highlight strategic business opportunities in existing parking structure
* Conduct data analysis to identify potential parking network expansion opportunities
* Analyse footfall, demand, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour across parking network
* Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils and partners
* Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and developers
* Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations
* Review and improve on-street infrastructure, branding, and asset placement
* Monitor live parking performance, compliance, and operational challenges
* Use data, rider feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the parking network
