Temporary (12 months), full time (37.5 hpw).
Pay £13.21 to £13.63 per hour (£25,838 to £26,645 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

You’ll make a significant difference daily by helping customers achieve their goals.
Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (Coordinator)
Creating support plans with customers and coordinating teams of Support Workers.
Customer group - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities.
Assisting with daily activities like goal achievement, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent living.
Conducting risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
Engaging in conversations and building rapport. There’s time for collaboration and meaningful interactions.

You bring
Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives, with attention to detail and collaboration.
Experience in creating person-centered support plans and guiding colleagues.
Experience in coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
You’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be reimbursed.

Job details
The role involves 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options.
Flexibility is important to meet customer needs, which may involve adjusting start or end times.
You should be comfortable using technology for updating support plans, online learning, and collaboration.
An Enhanced DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
