We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to build early-stage pipeline, establish long-standing relationships with prospective customers, and contribute to a high-quality pipeline.
Your responsibilities
* Deliver against quarterly/annual team targets (opportunity and revenue targets) by producing a high-quality pipeline.
* Accountability for achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIS.
* Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities; engage and generate prospects through multiple mediums and mature these prospects into sales opportunities.
* Understand buyer personas to build trust, articulate challenges, and propose potential solutions.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Managers to assist in creating and executing demand generation for identified and prioritised strategic account lists.
* Act as a Kainos ambassador, articulating Kainos and its offerings to prospects and presenting professionally to prospects and customers.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements
* Prior experience in inside sales or sales development in a SaaS environment
* Fluent in Polish and English
* Knowledge and understanding of the Polish market
* Interest in consultative selling methodologies and curiosity to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
* Demonstrable track record and ability to use initiative to achieve results
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a competitive environment to meet deadlines
* Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (internally and externally)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
* Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using technology stacks such as Cognism, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Experience in preparing and presenting content
* Keen interest in technology and industry trends
